DYLAN
At the heart of Top Tier Building Solutions is Dylan, a hands-on builder who genuinely cares about delivering quality craftsmanship and making every client feel confident in their project. Dylan started out as a carpenter and has spent over 12 years working on-site, sharpening his skills, learning the ins and outs of building, and earning a reputation for being precise, reliable, and easy to work with.
With qualifications in both carpentry and building & construction, Dylan understands every part of a project—from the small details to the big picture. He’s a licensed builder in NSW and the ACT and an active member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Master Builders Association (MBA), so you can trust that every build meets professional and safety standards.
Even when he’s not on-site, Dylan keeps learning and growing, staying up-to-date with the latest building techniques and trends. His practical approach, attention to detail, and strong work ethic set the tone for the whole team, making sure every project runs smoothly, on time, and exactly how you imagined it.

Dylan is an excellent communicator and we always knew what was happening and when. When we threw him a curve ball mid renovation and he worked with us to get a great result for our home.
