Meet your builder - Dylan

At the heart of Top Tier Building Solutions is Dylan, a hands-on builder with a deep passion for quality craftsmanship and a genuine commitment to his clients. Starting his journey as a carpenter, Dylan has spent the past 12 years refining his skills on-site, growing his technical expertise, and building a reputation for precision, reliability, and integrity.

With formal qualifications in both carpentry and building and construction, Dylan brings a well-rounded perspective to every project, from understanding the finer details of a build to overseeing its successful execution. He’s a licensed builder in both NSW and ACT, and an active member of the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders Association.

Even when he’s not on the tools, Dylan is constantly looking for ways to evolve—regularly investing time into professional development to stay at the forefront of modern building practices. His down-to-earth approach, eye for detail, and unwavering work ethic set the tone for everything we do at Top Tier.
